I’m Cam, and I’ve spent years helping people use technology properly — not just fixing the immediate issue, but making sure the person understands what went wrong and how to avoid it next time.
I have experience working in NHS IT, data and digital transformation, supporting GP practices and teams with systems, websites, reporting, troubleshooting, training and day-to-day digital issues.
That background means I’m used to working with people who need clear, calm and practical support — often under pressure — and explaining technical things in plain English.
I’m now using that experience to provide local computer and tech support for home users, older people, remote workers, sole traders and small businesses.
The aim is not to confuse people with technical jargon. It’s to provide a professional, honest and helpful service that fixes the issue and leaves you feeling more confident.
I’ll explain what I’m doing and why, so you’re not left guessing.
If something isn’t worth repairing, I’ll say that rather than wasting your money.
I can provide written notes, next steps and recommendations after a visit.
